I have received the wrong product – what do I do?
We are very sorry to hear that you have received a wrong order.
Please get in touch with us at customercare@bybarone.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
How Do I Exchange An Item/Order?
You can exchange a purchased product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging we may provide a partial refund.
To exchange an item or order, contact us with customercare@bybarone.com and we will provide you with our current return address.
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. To return or exchange your product, pls contact customercare@bybarone.com and we will provide you with our current return address.

Email customercare@bybarone.com with your reason for return, product you’d like to return, and your order number #
Our customer care team will then provide return instructions and return delivery address. Please do not return your parcel without our approval.
Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@bybarone.com.
Sale items only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@bybarone.com along with evidence.
Have you received my return?
Processing your return usually takes a few days.
